To the average business people, words like *torque* and *high rush current* don’t mean much. It is important though to understand that these terms are linked to saving money.
We would like to keep it simple.
Soft Start and Soft Stop. -
When starting, an AC Induction motor develops more torque than is required at full speed. This causes stress to your machines, shortening the lifespan and resulting in excessive wear and premature failure. No business wants to spend money when they can utilise it for expansion, growth or improvement.
When you start a motor without the *soft*start function, it means that your bill is read as a *spike which continues* And this way you pay more than the arm or leg that you are meant to for your electricity.

Imagine having a light fixture that can save you UP to 70 % in your cost for electricity. Take note of the name ELUMA.
Eluma also takes account of the fact that at most times, lighting is left on in all areas of a warehouse even when no one is working there. Additional, in many warehouses natural light is present through roof lights, however the lights are always fully on.
Eluma is an intelligent light fitting, which has been designed specifically for use in warehousing, factories and large retail outlets.
It automatically detects proximity for lighting, harvests daylight which is wasted in most places and the longer lamp life of Eluma also reduces maintenance cost.
There is no flickering, no glare and you don’t need a degree to install it.
Contact power4africa today and ask about ELUMA.

Africa, the DARK continent. We have explored the land, build
cities and mined it's riches. I doubt that Africa will ever rise to the
first world standards of the U.S.A or have the advanced technology of
the Far East developed here. We do have thriving commerce from Cairo to
Cape Town though.
When we have power.
There are only two solutions to the problem. Either we need to generate
more power and that is clearly not possible. Or, we need to save power.
Save power, in such a way, that we can still have the factory running,
the lights burning, the freezers cold and the computer humming.
A company can only cut so much power before it has to scale down or
change direction.
Change direction today.
If you run a business, a factory or are the victim of daily or weekly
power failures, if your power bill is too high or you want to save more
power, it is worth looking at the unique solution that Power4Africa
offers.

The importance of dependable electricity generation, transmission and distribution was revealed when it became apparent that electricity was useful for providing heat, light and power for human activities.

Centralised power generation became possible when it was recognised that alternating current electric power lines can transport electricity at low costs across great distances by taking advantage of the ability to transform the voltage using power transformers.
Electricity has been generated for the purpose of powering human technologies for at least 120 years from various sources of potential energy. The first power plants were run on wood, while today we rely mainly on petroleum, natural gas, coal, hydroelectric and nuclear power and a small amount from hydrogen, solar energy, tidal harnesses, wind generators, and geothermal sources.
POWER 4 AFRICA satisfies the growing demands for reduced energy consumption in commerce and industry with quality and innovative products .
